Jarvis is outstanding! Air control heating and cooling is a great company that offers very competitive pricing and professional service. Jarvis helped us when our heat went out at the coldest part of winter. He took the time to explain our unit to us and how to best care for it and things to look for that we didn't know. He was incredibly professional and always did exactly what he said he would do! He worked with us through a complicated issue with ease. We called on a Monday morning to ask for a service call. We scheduled 4PM the same day. Our Tech Jay arrived a few minutes early. We were advised by text and phone when they were in route. They were able to diagnose and repair the problem in less than 45 minutes and did this for just their nominal service fee. Jay and the team were honest, dependable and efficient. 5 Star experience all the way around!

Our AC went out and we called 2 other companies for a quote for a new AC. I never realized how expensive replacing the AC would be. After the 2 other companies that me and my husband called out to Air Control came out and they just made sense on why the system clunked out and why should we replace the AC. The price was lower than the other companies that we had out and we was actually talked to with out the jargon. There service was prompt and the install was painless and the financing was easy. I would recommend this company to a family or a friend.
